Adventures in Housing

The housing adventures continue. Went with the bosses today to look at townhouses. One is a long shot which we didn't look at today. One is a last resort because of prior flooding and current security concerns. A third has foundation movement and roofing issues, which really doesn't necessarily put it out of the running, but will be taken into consideration. The fourth complex is nice, although there are some security issues regarding the surrounding area. The patios are larger, so more room for Cosmo and it is cat and dog friendly. There's a man-made lake surrounding the management office and Olympic sized swimming pool and has some lovely walk ways for Cosmo and me. There are tennis courts there as well, but the nets need some attending.

The bosses think the fourth complex is the best bet. I agree. They gave me a list of things to look into and I'm planning on going there on Saturday with a friend and see what the residents have to say and see if anyone is in the office. It's not going as quickly as I would like, but at least it's going.
