No way, no how, is Bobby Singer gone. Even though strangling the writers (or remedial English class) is often considered for some shows, including this one, I do not want to believe that Ben Englund would heave so many "Bobby's gonna die" anvils in the very episode were Bobby dies. He's better than that. And while yes, Bobby dying would light the fire under Dean's ass to get him back in the game - couldn't we just have Faith for that, anyway? - that would leave them with only each other. They need a third. They don't know how to function with a third, even if it is at a distance.

Besides, would Crowley really want his boyfriend dead?

I don't think he's dead. I have reasons for that belief that might include spoilers, but I really don't think they're going to kill him.

I don't think so either and I don't have spoilers, but that last minute or so was very effective. Damn them. I could deal with losing the boys for reals better than I could Bobby.

But this is Supernatural. I know nobody stays dead.

Hell, one of my favorite little crossover scenarios is Supernatural/Dead Like Me. The DML gang is at Der Wafflehaus, Rube is handing out Post-Its. George gets one marked "D. Winchester 2:39 pm" and her only reaction is "FUCK! Not again!" while everyone else rabbits out of the booth

Yeah, I think I shouted, "NOOOOOO!!!" at the TV, and then I demanded that my well-informed friend promise me that Bobby wasn't dead, since she keeps up with spoilers.

It's just that I love Bobby so much. I've already lost Cas, and I loved him very, very much. Losing both Bobby and Cas in one season? UNCOOL.

LOL! That scenario cracks me up.
